StatTracker: Level Up Together — Privacy Policy

StatTracker: Level Up Together (“StatTracker”) is developed and operated by CHE//ZERO.
This Privacy Policy explains what information StatTracker collects and processes, why it is used, and the services involved in operating the app.

1. Information StatTracker Processes
Account Information
StatTracker uses user accounts to provide personalized app functionality. Account information may include your email address, account identifier, and authentication information required to sign in and maintain your account.
Authentication and account services are provided through Supabase.
Progression and App Data
StatTracker processes information you create while using the app, including:
- character and progression data
- tracked stats and stat changes
- activities and related progress
- planner and schedule information
- completion/status information associated with planned activities
- app preferences and settings
This information is used to provide StatTracker’s tracking, progression, planner, and personalization features.
Some app information may also be stored locally on your device to support app functionality.
AI Companion Conversations
StatTracker includes AI-powered companion conversations.
When you send a message to an AI companion, the message and relevant app context may be transmitted through CHE//ZERO’s backend to xAI in order to generate the companion’s response.
Relevant context may include information needed for the requested feature, such as progression information or planner information available to the companion.
AI conversation data is used to provide the AI companion functionality requested by the user.
Subscription Information
StatTracker offers optional subscriptions through Google Play.
Google Play processes payments. CHE//ZERO does not receive your full payment-card information.
To verify subscriptions and determine which features your account can access, StatTracker may process information provided by Google Play such as:
- purchase tokens
- purchased product or subscription
- subscription status
- expiration information
- renewal status
This information is used only to verify purchases, maintain subscription entitlements, and provide the appropriate app features.
Service and Technical Information
StatTracker may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the service.
This can include server request information and operational information associated with features such as AI requests, authentication, and subscription verification.
2. How Information Is Used
CHE//ZERO uses information processed by StatTracker to:
- create and maintain user accounts
- provide StatTracker’s progression and stat-tracking features
- provide planner and scheduling features
- generate AI companion responses
- personalize app functionality
- verify Google Play subscriptions and feature access
- maintain the reliability and security of the service
- diagnose technical problems
- respond to support and privacy requests
3. Service Providers
StatTracker relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
Supabase
Supabase provides services including authentication, database storage, and backend infrastructure used by StatTracker.
xAI
StatTracker uses xAI to generate AI companion responses. Messages and relevant context may be transmitted to xAI when necessary to generate a response requested by the user.
Google Play
Google Play provides app distribution and subscription billing. StatTracker receives limited purchase and subscription information from Google Play in order to verify purchases and determine account entitlements.
These services receive information only as necessary for the functionality they provide to StatTracker.
4. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information
StatTracker does not contain third-party advertising.
CHE//ZERO does not sell StatTracker users’ personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Security
CHE//ZERO uses reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect StatTracker user information.
Data transmitted between the app and its backend services is sent using encrypted HTTPS connections where applicable.
StatTracker also uses authenticated access controls and server-side authorization measures intended to prevent unauthorized access to user information.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Data Retention
StatTracker retains account and app information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and maintain the user’s account.
Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, or maintaining records associated with transactions.
CHE//ZERO does not retain information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is retained.
7. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their StatTracker account and associated user data.
Account deletion may be initiated through the deletion options provided by StatTracker or through CHE//ZERO’s external account-deletion process.

When an account is deleted, information associated with the account will be deleted or de-identified unless retention of specific information is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or transaction-record purposes.
Deleting a StatTracker account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription. Google Play subscriptions can be managed separately through Google Play.

You may:
- choose what information you enter into StatTracker
- choose whether to use AI companion features
- manage your Google Play subscription through Google Play
- request deletion of your StatTracker account and associated data
- contact CHE//ZERO with questions about your information

CHE//ZERO may update this Privacy Policy as StatTracker changes or as legal and platform requirements evolve.
When the policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be changed.
